Dash Uniform Making Step-by-Step

Learn about the detailed production process of our uniforms and how we guarantee quality at every stage:

1) Pattern-making: We start by creating the patterns for each garment, adapting them to the model and fabric selected.

2) Cutting the fabric: Once the patterns are ready, the fabric is cut and the parts that will receive logos are sent to the embroidery department.

3) Sewing and Assembly: The cut parts are sewn together to form the uniforms. At this stage, we carry out the first quality inspection.

4) Finishing: We apply buttons, zippers and other finishing touches, and the pieces go through a second quality control to ensure that everything is up to Dash standard.

5) Ironing and packaging: Finally, the garments are ironed and prepared for delivery, ready to reach the customer with an impeccable finish.

What is our delivery time?

The process of buying and producing corporate uniforms at Dash begins when you, together with a sales consultant, define:

• Uniform models and fabrics.
• Payment method.
• Size chart.
• Embroidery approval.

Once the first stage explained above has been completed, your order goes into production. We stipulate a period of 30 working days before your order is ready for delivery. Why 30 days?
